We then select the best transport mode and route (sea/road/rail and any multimodal options), estimate transit time and costs, prepare the required documentation list, and create a clear shipment plan with milestones, responsibilities, and tracking setup from origin to final destination.

Transportation Coordination:

This includes collecting accurate cargo details, coordinating commercial documents (e.g., invoice, packing list), arranging transport documents (e.g., bill of lading / CMR), and ensuring certificates or permits are in place when needed. We verify HS codes, quantities, values, and consignee/shipper information for consistency, submit declarations through the proper channels, coordinate inspections if requested, and resolve any discrepancies quickly to prevent holds, penalties, or delays at the border or port.

Cargo Handling / Temporary Storage (when needed):

When timing or shipment size requires it, we organize safe handling of your goods at the port or warehouse—unloading/loading, palletizing, labeling, and securing cargo to prevent damage. We can consolidate multiple shipments into one load (or split one shipment into partial deliveries), arrange short-term storage in suitable facilities, and manage inventory checks so everything matches the documentation. Tracking & Communication:
